|
Credits
3.00
The media is filled with creatures of diverse design and style, ranging from the endearing and innocuous to the vast and terrifying entities of the cosmos. In the course on 3D creature modeling, students will explore the zoological foundations of creature design, including the anatomical traits commonly found in animals. Simultaneously, students will refine their 3D sculpting and modeling techniques to create a wide array of extraterrestrial beings, monsters, fantastical creatures, and other biologically inspired structures beyond the realm of Earthly life. This course is intended for students with a passion for creature creation or those with an interest in scientific illustration and visual representation of imaginative biology.
