Turn doodles into designs. Do you spend all day doodling characters in the margins of your notebooks? In this fun, creative studio course, you’ll take those ideas further—designing your own characters, scenes, and story worlds while learning how illustrators bring drawings to life. Through guided projects, you’ll explore drawing techniques, character development, and visual storytelling. You’ll create a growing cast of original characters and environments while experimenting with style, expression, and imagination. Inspired by one of Moore’s most popular high school courses, this class is a perfect introduction for students interested in illustration, animation, cartooning, game design, and creative storytelling. No experience needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a love of drawing!
