AEGR600 - Contemporary Issues in Art Education
The philosophy of contemporary issues in art education such as inclusion, bullying, gender, sex and age discrimination, multidisciplinary concepts, multiculturalism and ethical practices will be researched, analyzed and discussed. Social and political dynamics affecting individuals with special needs will be analyzed. Experts in the field will present relevant information through various formats including symposiums and panel discussions. Course content supports and enhances ongoing thesis development. Research paper is required. Based on the scope of a student's project or level of study there may be additional costs for materials and supplies.
