This course addresses the basic elements of fashion design processes including: trend investigation, consumer research, storyboarding, color story, textile development, fabric identification, design innovation, and sketching creative ideas; including an introduction to the apparel history, business and marketing side of the industry. Based on the scope of a student's project or level of study, there may be additional costs for materials and supplies.
