IL320 - Illus Jr. Studio II
An introduction to the unique creative process of telling a story through a picture, with a focus on editorial, book, advertising and institutional illustration. Assignments and lectures emphasize client awareness, target markets and an overall application of picture-making in the field of publication. The course continues the process introduced in the sophomore year of working from initial research and preliminary studies through to finished art. Students work with traditional and digital media.
