YIL025 - Intro to Illustration 3rd-5th
Parents with tiny creative storytellers on your hands: we see you! If your child is bursting at the seams with fantastical tales or drawings of their favorite characters; they might be an illustrator in the making. Using a few of our favorite artistic mediums and storytelling skills, illustration students will create a cast of imaginative characters and produce their own graphic novel. Students will learn more about their own interests and talents through this creative practice; exploring the basics of storyboarding, comics, movie posters, children’s books, and more.
