2024 Spring Main Session
GD212/Studio/01 - Type and Image | Credits 3.00
Exercises range from semantics to basic page layout using a grid. Critical comparisons, of elements of classical and modern typographic form, allow students to choose and combine fonts for appropriate applications. An in-depth overview of InDesign ensures knowledge of proper file management and pre-press production. Based on the scope of a student’s project or level of study there may be additional costs for materials and supplies. Satisfies Major Requirement. Satisfies Studio Elective for Illustration majors.
