IL314/Studio/02 - Digital Painting for Illustrators
|
Credits
1.50
In Digital Painting for Illustrators the student applies software concepts, techniques and tools to simulate pictorial images generally associated with traditional tactile painting media. Today, this technique is ubiquitous in contemporary illustration and associated conceptual and imaginative production art. Corel Painter is the core digital painting medium that will be used in conjunction with other digital graphics software applications. Structured in-class exercises and longer-term digital painting and illustration projects are supplemented by lectures and demonstrations.
