A fun, hands-on exploration of the intersecting worlds of art and nature. Study the outdoor world in search of animals, birds, bugs, plants, flowers and more. Then use the visual forms discovered as inspiration for a variety of creative projects in the studio. Students will develop art and natural science awareness, build basic art and design skills and be encouraged to explore a variety of drawing and painting media.
